We are pleased to offer graduation images to all of the great parents at St. Amant High School!! Please read through all of the information on this page as this will explain our process and what you can expect from Acadiana Sports Pics and our partner!!! I have also included a video to show how our system works. This system will be a little different then what you may be used to but we are hoping that it will be more convenient and enjoyable experience for all St. Amant parents and be able to get you the images you want of your Gator.
We have divided this up into three main parts:
Sign up and registration (may be the most important part)
The ceremony
The ordering process
SIGN UP
Using the registration link below you will sign up from your cell phone or your gator's cell phone. When you sign up you will be asked for the following information:
1. Graduate information
Student First Name
Student Last Name
2. Where to send proofs?
Email address of person purchasing
Cell phone number of person purchasing
YOU CAN ADD MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES AND CELL NUMBERS OF AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU NEED TO. This will send a private gallery to every contact listed and allow each contact to purchase whatever images that they want to purchase. Great for adding relatives or for any student with split families.
3. Upload a selfie
You will need to upload a close up selfie photo of your Grad.

CEREMONY
We will be shooting multiple images of your Gator before and during the ceremony. After the ceremony we will also have an area setup if you would like to have one of our photographers take a group or family portrait with your graduate. (you know this is the only time you would have a picture with everyone dressed nice so why not?)
ORDERING PROCESS
After the ceremony we will upload all of the images that we have edited and taken and everyone that you have given their information to us will receive a text and email notification to view all of the images that include your student in a private gallery. You will then have the option to purchase prints, print packages, downloads or some additional image packages that we offer. After you place your order our professional print lab partner will fulfill your order and mail your purchase to your home.
